Great analysis. The only ‘X’ factor I can see in the Jones/Evans bout though is the fact that they’ve trained together extensively. They’ve learned each other’s tricks, and go-to moves. And while that fact goes both ways, I think it will be interesting to see how it plays out since an amazing advantage Jones has had in previous fights, is throwing crazy stuff other fighters just haven’t been prepared for. Evans will probably be prepared for that crazy stuff. I think it’s going to be a really competitive fight. At least I hope so since UFC 145 is going to be the first MMA party I throw at my house. I figure it’s a good to celebrate finally upgrading to HD equipment. I’ve already seen a huge difference in the shows I’ve watched on my new setup and can’t wait to see what UFC looks like with this crystal clear picture. Now I just wish I’d done the upgrade sooner and I don’t know why I waited. My employer, Dish, has had their HD Free for Life promotion for somewhere around a year already. All this time I could have had high definition!

I am also an Ilonggo and an avid fan of football here in the Philippines, although I am not born in Iloilo because my father was hailed in Luzon, my heart and my wife and kids are in Iloilo while I am working here in Manila, I have been in Iloilo for 20 years that makes me a pure Ilonggo as well. My favorite local team is Philippine Airforce which most if not all players are Ilonggos.
